Shipping & payment conditions

Purchase on account (Currently only for customers from Switzerland)

With us you can buy conveniently by purchase on account. The invoice is payable within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose. If the purchase on account is not displayed on the payment page, you must select another payment method. In case of late payment, we charge an interest of 5% per year plus reminder fees of CHF 15.00 for the first reminder and CHF 20.00 for the second reminder. In the event of late payment, we are also entitled to assign the claim to a third party or to assign the collection of the claim to a third party at the customer's expense. Purchase on account is currently only possible for customers in Switzerland.


SOFORT Banking

Sofort banking is associated with attractive advantages for you as a buyer: You can make the transfer immediately upon completion of the order, without having to switch to the page of your bank and without having to enter data about your order.

Postfinance

The payment is made through our partner Postfinance. Your postcard will be charged directly with the invoice amount. Shortly before the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Postfinance page where you can make your payment. After successful payment, Postfinance will redirect you back to our store to allow you to complete your order.


Credit Card

The payment is made via our partner Stripe. Stripe has set the standard for e-payment solutions in German-speaking Europe and offers the highest transaction security. Your credit card will be charged directly with the invoice amount.
 

Paypal

In the store, you simply use Paypal by selecting it as a payment method during your order process. Shortly before the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Paypal page where you can make your payment. After successful payment Paypal will redirect you back to our store to allow you to complete your order.
 

Twint

You can also pay for your goods directly with the Twint app.
 

Amazon Payments

Amazon Payments is also available as a payment method in our online store.
 
 

Shipping conditions

We ship the ordered products in our online store exclusively to customers with residence in Switzerland, Liechtenstein & Europe.
Shipping in Switzerland is completely free for every order and is done via Swiss Post as a priority parcel.
The shipping costs for shipments outside of Switzerland (Europe) are 19.90 EUR. These orders are shipped by Fedex Express
Once your products are produced, they will be shipped the same day, and usually delivered the next day.
You will receive an email notification when your shipment is on its way. You can also check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.
The delivery times are displayed next to each product. The delivery time includes both the manufacturing of the product and the delivery.
