I would like to have a different chain length. How can I choose a different chain length? (This question was asked most often)

Our standard chain length is 45 centimeters for most chains. Depending on that, other chain lengths are available. For most chains we offer lengths from 35 CM to 55 CM. If chain lengths cannot be selected for a particular product, we will simply include the chain length listed in the product description as the standard chain length. For children we recommend a chain length of 35 CM.

Do you ship worldwide? How long does the delivery take?

We ship goods via our online store exclusively to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and all European countries.

You can see the delivery times on each product detail page for the selected product. The delivery time stated there includes production & delivery. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein we ship free of charge with the Swiss Post. For all orders from EU countries, we ship the goods for a fee of 19.90 EUR by Fedex Express. What payment methods and currencies can I pay with?

We accept all major payment methods: credit card, PayPal, PostFinance, Sofortüberweisung, Twint, Amazon Payments and purchase on account. The purchase on account is creditworthiness dependent and currently only available for customers in Switzerland. If the purchase on account was not displayed as a payment method for you, this indicates a rejected credit check. Then you would have to select another payment method from our store. The purchase on account is offered by a third party company (Ideal Payment). They perform credit checks to enable the purchase on account for our customers. This is also noted in our privacy policy.

In our online store you can pay in the following currencies: CHF (Swiss Franc) & EUR (Euro).

How do I use a coupon code? The voucher has not been deducted.

If you have a - coupon code, you can enter it when you press the shopping cart in the field "Redeem coupon". There is a message that the voucher has been redeemed. However, it may be that you still see the original price at this time. The new final amount you will see only when you make the payment.

How can I cancel/return an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized chains to us. Every product we make on customer request is unique and is explicitly made exactly as our customers want it. Products which are not personalized can be returned to us within 14 days. You can find more information about the return policy here.

Is the jewelry made of real precious metal?
Yes, all our precious metals are purchased from countries with certified suppliers and are marked with their respective stamps, as well as our brand stamp: HSC. We use only 925 sterling silver. Our jewelry has been inspected and certified by the Swiss Federal Precious Metals Control in Bern.

Are your products nickel free?
All our products are 100% nickel free.

How can I add a special character or heart symbol to an engraving?
We can produce all known special characters: @, &, $, etc.. You can simply enter them in the input field next to the desired product. Heart symbols are also possible. You can directly insert the heart emoji of your smartphone.

I have a special request about my jewelry, what should I do?
You can place your wish or request in the 'Comments' field during the checkout process. We will make sure that your request is taken into account as much as possible.
