How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the product's specified delivery time. Please note that our personalized jewelry pieces are made individually for you. You can find the delivery time information in the product description. zurück
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Typically, we ship orders within 24 hours after we have individually made them for you. Some orders may take longer. zurück

In this case, you can directly contact our customer support via email at support@herzschmuck.ch. Write us directly what was wrong with your order so that we can quickly forward the changes to the production department. zurück
I placed an order but want to cancel it. Can I do that?
Please note that cancellations are only possible within 24 hours, as the products are already in production after this time. Within 24 hours you can inform our customer support about your cancellation via email at support@herzschmuck.ch. zurück
I want to return my order. How do I proceed?

Can I get a long engraving on my piece of jewelry?
The longer the engraving, the smaller it will appear on the piece of jewelry. We usually always have room for a few more characters, even if input is not possible in the online shop. In this case, leave the field empty and specify which engraving you would like in the order information. You can also contact us after ordering and we will adjust the engraving manually. zurück
Can I receive my order in gift packaging?
Yes, you can choose gift packaging for any product. Your options include a fragrant and luxurious rose box. zurück
Does your jewelry discolor?
No! We place great value on the quality of our jewelry pieces and can claim that our quality is better compared to other well-known jewelry brands. This is also because we double coat our jewelry pieces with 18 karat gold. Additionally, we offer a 1-year anti-discoloration... zurück

Why can't I order on invoice?
